By accessing Spinwrite you agree to these terms and the policies referenced here. If you represent an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Spinwrite. Please review them carefully before accessing the service.
2. Service description
Spinwrite humanizes AI-generated drafts, provides usage analytics, and stores your history for export. We may update features without prior notice as long as they do not materially reduce core functionality. The quality score is not a direct correlation of the AI detection score changing, it assesses the quality of the humanization process.
3. Account responsibilities
Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Usage limits
Plans include word limits per request and per billing cycle. We may pause requests that exceed your allocation to preserve service quality.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes on intellectual property rights. Automated scraping, security probing, or interference with other users is prohibited. Spinwrite may not be used to facilitate academic misconduct, plagiarism, or violations of institutional honor codes.
6. Ownership
You retain rights to the content you provide. We own Spinwrite, the humanization models, and all associated intellectual property.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Recurring charges are handled by Polar. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
7a. Refund policy
We’re happy to review refund requests when you reach out to support@spinwrite.app. Filing a card chargeback triggers a non-refundable $15 processing fee from our payment provider regardless of the outcome, so please contact us first and we’ll work with you directly.
8. Termination
We may suspend access for violation of these terms or misuse of the service. You may cancel anytime from your account settings.
9. Limitation of liability
Spinwrite is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages and our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes
We will post updates to these terms with the revision date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
